On July 14, 2023, the Faculty of Technical Education (FTE) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) signed an academic cooperation agreement with Cho Thavee Public Company Limited at Meeting Room 307, Department of Mechanical Engineering Education. Representing FTE, Dr. Wittawat Thipsuwan, Associate Dean for Student Affairs and Alumni Relations, along with other faculty administrators and professors from the Department of Mechanical Engineering Education, participated in the ceremony. On behalf of Cho Thavee, the agreement was signed by Mr. Phad Phimrin, Executive Director/Deputy Managing Director/Chief Information Technology Officer.
The primary objective of this collaboration is to develop a Metaverse environment using the EON-XR platform to enhance learning, teaching, and training experiences. Additionally, the partnership will focus on creating a curriculum for research and development in electric vehicles (EV), preparing both industries and education sectors for the future of automotive technology and digital learning.
