On April 2, 2024, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bundit Suksawat, Associate Dean for Research and Academic Services, Faculty of Technical Education at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB), presided over the opening of the “Workshop on Promoting Teaching Excellence: Developing Competency-Based Lesson Plans Aligned with Vocational Education Curricula”. The event, organized by the Center for Integrated Professional Teacher Training, took place in room 216-217 of Building 52 at the Faculty of Technical Education and was also available online via electronic media.
The workshop’s objective was to enhance the skills of writing competency-based lesson plans that align with vocational education curricula. It aimed to prepare students for their upcoming teaching internships by integrating the educational knowledge they have gained into the context of teaching at vocational colleges under the Office of the Vocational Education Commission. The workshop also provided guidance on creating term-long lesson plans and offered a refresher course for faculty members and staff through online platforms.
