On March 21, 2024, the Faculty of Technical Education (FTE) at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) held a signing ceremony for a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with PTS Combination Co., Ltd.  Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pairote Stirayakorn, Dean of FTE, signed the MoU on behalf of KMUTNB alongside Ms. Penpimol Luekajorn, Managing Director of PTS Combination Co., Ltd. The ceremony took place at Meeting Room 208, FTE, with Asst. Prof. Dr. Suchanya Posayanant, Associate Dean for International Affairs and Organizational Communication, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Meechai  Lohakan, Head of the Department of Electrical Engineering Education, Asst. Prof. Dr. Ekkamol Boonyapalanant, and Asst. Prof. Pisuit Janchaichanakun from the Department of Electrical Engineering Education serves as witness.

The MoU outlines the collaboration between the two parties to promote and support research in electrical engineering and energy. It also aims to enhance academic activities and curricula within the Department of Electrical Engineering, focusing on knowledge development and creating virtual simulation systems for power electronics. This partnership is expected to benefit students and staff significantly, fostering innovation and excellence in the field.
