Representatives from TU Dortmund University were warmly welcomed by the Faculty of Technical Education (FTE) at KMUTNB on February 14, 2023. The FTE executive team, led by Asst. Prof. Dr. Panarit Sethakul, discussed future collaboration opportunities with the visiting guests, which included Prof. Dr. Dr. h. c. Thomas Schröder, Director of the Institute of Educational Philosophy and Vocational Education and UNESCO Chair of TVET and Competence Development for the Future of Work, Ms. Siriphorn Schlattman, Assistance from TU Dortmund University, Mr. Markus Hoffmann from German-Thai Dual Excellence Education, and Dr. Kamonsak Suradom from the German-Thai Chamber of Commerce (GTCC).

One of the topics discussed was the possibility of organizing an international conference on vocational training, dual courses, and internship training in Germany and Thailand. As part of their visit, the guests had the opportunity to visit the electrical and civil engineering laboratories at FTE KMUTNB.
